NVIDIA Quadro G-Sync is an option card that delivers frame lock/genlock functionality to unprecedented levels of industrial realism, visualization and collaborative capabilities. NVIDIA Quadro G-Sync can be combined with NVIDIA Quadro FX ultra-high-end solutions to provide advanced multi-system visualization and external signal synchronization for film and video environments. The NVIDIA Quadro G-Sync II option board can be purchased with NVIDIA Quadro FX 5600 and 4600. The NVIDIA Quadro G-Sync option board can be purchased with 5500 and 4500 or stand alone for field upgrades.
 NVIDIA Quadro® FX 4400G and NVIDIA Quadro FX 3000G integrate all features and functionality of the NVIDIA Quadro FX 4400 and the NVIDIA Quadro FX 3000 GPUs, respectively, with the addition of two breakthrough features: frame lock and genlock. Both features allow the video output from multiple NVIDIA Quadro FX 4400G and 3000G boards to be synchronized with external devices, but each feature enables a distinctly different solution (only like boards can be used for frame lock/genlock to be enabled). NVIDIA Quadro FX 4400G and 3000G frame lock brings the power of real-time industrial realism to full-scale collaborative engineering and design reviews while the genlock feature allows the graphics output to synchronize to an external source, typically for film and broadcast video applications.
