As you know NVIDIA do not sell any products directly to end users and as such do not have staff dedicated to offering end-user technical support and / or answering technical queries. However, what follows may help guide you in the right direction to obtaining the support you require:
Technical Support:
If you are looking for technical support on any NVIDIA-based product, please contact either the PC or the board manufacturer of your product. The 1st port-of-call should always be your retailer who may be able to provide you with assistance or point you in the right direction. If you know who the PC manufacturer is, you may contact them and ask them to provide you with technical support or give you the details of the graphics card manufacturer of your product. If you know who your graphics card manufacturer is then, please contact them directly or browse our website or the Internet for a direct link to their contact information. If you do not know who the PC or graphics card manufacturer is and cannot get a satisfactory reply from your retailer, then it may be worth checking the boot-up screen on your PC: sometimes, at boot-up, the graphics card is identified on screen along with all the other hardware components installed in your system.
Download Issues:
The European sites of NVIDIA have been specifically designed to help browsers with download-timing issues. Locate the site and access the pages in your local language.
If you are trying to download drivers, demos etc. from a local language site and are experiencing system time-outs or are unable to obtain satisfactory download-rates, please try one of our other sites or refer to the local-language site of your PC or graphics card manufacturer: in most cases, these sites are up to date with all the latest releases published on our sites and will provide additional support material for their products.
