Roy Taylor Promoted to Worldwide Role at Corporate HQ, Bernhard Gleissner Takes Over EMEAI Role and New Hire Gerd Queisser Takes Over Central Europe

THEALE, ENGLAND-SEPTEMBER 9, 2005-NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), a worldwide leader in graphics and digital media processors, announced today a re-structure of its Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI) sales force.

Roy Taylor, former vice president of sales EMEAI has been promoted to the position of vice president for worldwide GPU sales at the company's headquarters in Santa Clara, California.

Taking over from Mr. Taylor as senior director of sales in the EMEAI region is Bernhard Gleissner, formerly director of sales for central Europe at NVIDIA, which includes the company's largest sales region, Germany. Mr. Gleissner has worked in the graphics semiconductor field for 10 years, having formerly headed up European sales at ATI before moving to NVIDIA in 2001.

"Roy's diligent management and leadership over the last 5 years has facilitated strong growth in NVIDIA sales, and EMEAI now represents a very strategic region for our global business," said Bernhard Gleissner, commenting on his new role. "With NVIDIA GPUs now accounting for 70% of the global DirectX 9.0 market (source: Mercury Research), and with new business areas such as media processors for mobile phones gaining momentum, it's a very exciting time to be in this role and more importantly, in this industry."

Replacing Mr. Gleissner as director of sales for central Europe is Gerd Queisser. With over 25 years experience in the IT industry, Mr. Queisser was most notably former head of worldwide sales for ATI, based out of Munich.
