NVIDIA Demonstrates Technology Alignment with Microsoft at WinHEC

NVIDIA® Graphics Processors Support "Longhorn," Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition, and Windows XP Media Center PC Edition

LONDON - APRIL 25TH, 2005 - NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), a worldwide leader in graphics and digital media processors, today announced that it is a sponsor of the Windows Hardware Engineering Conference (WinHEC), an event that brings the PC industry together each year to explore the future for the Windows platform.

• Windows XP Professional x64 Edition: NVIDIA's 64-bit unified driver architecture and PureVideo™ technology give application developers the tools they need to create applications such as HD Video Editors and Digital Video Recorders that leverage 64-bit Windows technology.
• Windows XP Media Center Edition: NVIDIA's nForce™ media and communications processors (MCPs), GeForce 6 GPUs, NVTV™ PC Tuner Cards, PureVideo technology and system optimisation software provide the foundation for OEMs and system builders to create silent, high-definition Media Center PCs in unique form factors at compelling price points.

• Gaming Zone: The NVIDIA, AMD, Alienware and Microsoft-sponsored Gaming Zone showcases top-of-the-line, 64-bit gaming PCs powered by award-winning NVIDIA GeForce 6800 SLI GPUs. NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra cards will be among the prizes for the Gaming Tournament.

NVIDIA technical experts will lead a series of tutorials and discussions for Windows engineers. Topics include:
