NVIDIA Honoured By Fabless Semiconductor Association

Company Named “Favourite Fabless Pick” By Morgan Stanley’s Mark Edelstone; CEO Jen-Hsun Huang Presented with Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award

THEALE, BERKSHIRE — December 13th, 2004 — NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), a worldwide leader in graphics and digital media processors, today announced that the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA) presented the Company with two significant industry recognitions during the tenth annual FSA Awards Dinner Celebration on Thursday, December 9, 2004 in Santa Clara, California. The awards include:

Favourite Fabless Pick: NVIDIA was selected for this award by Mark Edelstone of Morgan Stanley, who based his decision on historical as well as projected data, such as stock price, earnings per share, revenue forecasts and product performance.

“NVIDIA has had a great year, giving the industry a strong line-up of product offerings and engaging with tier-one partners. This is why the company has been selected as the Favourite Fabless Pick by Morgan Stanley,” said Jodi Shelton, co-founder and executive director of the FSA. “We look forward to seeing new innovative ideas that NVIDIA will bring to the industry in 2005.”

Dr. Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award Honouring Jen-Hsun Huang, CEO, President, and Co-Founder of NVIDIA: This award recognises individuals, such as its namesake, Dr. Morris Chang, for their outstanding achievements and unique contributions to the fabless sector.

“Jen-Hsun Huang is a talented and committed leader who has proven that a company can be built and succeed using the fabless business model,” stated Shelton. “His dedication, not only to the industry, but to the company he loves and the people he works with, has led NVIDIA to become one of the leading semiconductor power houses in the world. We congratulate Jen-Hsun and salute him for his vision and accomplishments.”
